Sustainability and ESG Consultant (The Netherlands)

Sustaira is looking for a talented and driven Sustainability & ESG Consultant with Sustainability domain expertise and an interest in (content) marketing & communications, consulting and technology. In this role, you are a driver of sustainability and ESG knowledge, research and consulting, applying this in sales and (content) marketing campaigns, while working closely with our development team implementing applications specific to sustainability initiatives. Examples of focus areas are ESG disclosures (such as CSRD, CDP, GRi etc.), carbon accounting (including scope 3), target setting and net zero scenario analysis.

We are looking for:

• An A+ sustainability and ESG allrounder, who is a self starter that wants to make a difference

• You are passionate about Sustainability and ESG and would like to make a difference with content-driven insights, consulting and campaigns, supporting the product roadmap and prioritization

• You communicate well, have a winners mentality, and like to work within a dynamic and global team

• You have experience in (content) marketing and business development outreaches, such as creating blogs, webinars, email campaigns, (prospective) customer meetings and consulting workshops

• You either studied Sustainability and/or have work experience in the Sustainability and/or ESG domain

• You take initiatives and would like to be challenged to grow, expand your skill set and are not afraid to make mistakes

• You desire working with an incredible talented team and have a drive to support and enable exponential growth

• Self motivated with stellar time management while working remotely

Responsibilities include:

• (Continuous) Research Sustainability and ESG developments, such as disclosures frameworks and carbon accounting

• Sustainability and ESG content generation, i.e. blogs, webinars, newsletters, website pages, press releases and customer cases

• Work directly with (prospective) customers on ESG & Sustainability consulting projects and engagements

• Support and collaborate with our Sustainability & Consulting partner network globally

• Closely engage with our development team to generate solution user stories and requirements gathering and prioritizing

• Set up and execute unique value propositions and related marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

• You have completed - or will soon complete - a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in at least one of the following fields: Business Administration, Marketing & Communications, Environmental Studies, Environmental policy, Sustainability management, Environmental Science, Applied Sustainability and/or Environmental Management. 

• You also have a passion for, or experience with, IT and software.

• An excellent writer and content generator

• You are considered a wonderful communicator. 

• You are not afraid to pick up the phone and make a call. 

• You are able to work in a remote environment

• Excellent research skills 

• The ideal candidate would be located in the Netherlands, however we’re flexible with this.

Medior and Senior Mendix Developers (The Netherlands)

Sustaira is looking for talented and driven Medior and Senior Mendix Developers who have experience with Mendix Application Development and Consulting and a passion for Sustainability and Technology. If you’re an experienced Mendix developer and solely want to focus on Sustainability initiatives and making a difference, whether it’s working on our ESG & Sustainability platform, Sustainability App templates implementations, or completely new and custom Sustainability initiatives, connect with us!

• Minimum of 3 years Mendix Development experience, preferably customer facing

• Mendix Certification: Advanced or (preferably) Expert

• You have a passion for new technologies, in particular smart, innovative and creative web and mobile apps and/or application/software development

• A passion for Sustainability. It would be a plus if you have work experience in sustainability.

Marketing and Business Development Sustainability & ESG Intern (USA and The Netherlands)

Sustaira is looking for a talented and driven Marketing and Business Development ESG and Sustainability intern who has experience with marketing and business development tasks and a passion for Sustainability and technology. In this role you will be integral to marketing and sales tasks including running campaigns, creating content, hosting calls, and working closely with our team to make a difference! This is a paid, part-time role with the possibility of becoming a full-time role.

We are looking for: 

• An A+ sustainability allrounder, who is a self starter that wants to make a difference

• You have a passion for new technologies, in particular smart, innovative and creative web and mobile apps and/or application/software development

• You communicate well, have a winner’s mentality, and like to work within a dynamic team!

• You have experience in sales outreaches and typical marketing and business development tasks such as email campaigns, making calls, and setting up meetings. 

• A bonus would be that you have experience in sustainability or similar backgrounds that you are eager to share.

• You take initiatives and would like to be challenged to grow, expand your skill set and are not afraid to make mistakes

• Creating and sending campaign emails 

• Setting up first calls or the appropriate meetings

• Assisting in content creation and editing such as: campaign emails, newsletters, blog posts, and press releases.
